Don't let anyone tell you this isn't a good game, you have very good potential, keep doing what your doing, but just make sure to not think your the best, always improve on your work, and you will be the top of all time on this site. Good job, good graphics and its obvious you spent a good amount of time making this.

as the last person said, do not use gradiats, draw your objects and fill the colors in properly, like with the grass... make blades of grass, and when it zooms in on that silo thing, have the "camera" go through the bushes so they seperate, just try to make it more realistic, and yeah, just draw more details

Overall, Excellent

The gameplay was smooth (for the most part)
The activity in the game was amazing, just like a game for sega or something (such as Sonic)
Little too hard for me and i'm a "Game Master"
I have problems with the boss at Chapter 1, I can't get to his head, but I'll just play again and do it. The style for this piece was very unique, I loved it. The FBI guys that come at you are a little annoying and get monotonous(give some more character styles). You should also be able to select a difficulty in which to play. And of course, make an offline version!!!

I hope my 'tips' help you, you honestly need to make a sequel to this game.

your ideas are lame and really actually suck ass, no one likes them, except for the little 12 year olds who've never watched Wiley Coyote and The Road runner, hell, this isn't even funny, I actually laugh at Wiley Coyote when he makes up his inventions, because they make sense, theres no point in a "pacifier holder helmet" i mean wtf, where the hell does the baby comes from, why the hell is it 2:00 a.m and you have a baby and theres no previous cartoon showing that he is a babysitter or parent, in Wiley Coyote and the Road Runner, there's a point, he has to catch the fucking road runner, you need to get a better sense of humor, these are just fucking lame, only my 8 year old brother would laugh at this crap.
